(A few years ago I had melanoma with metastatis in the lymphal nodes. lucky me. one small metastasis in obviously one lymphal node. Two times churgery fixed that. But a lot of check ups and some years later that I regained trust in my body and health. Always something dramatic that makes you take a step back and review your life and values. All negative events offer a chance to get something positve out of it.
One thing I realised. In the end we won't regret the things we did. Even our mistakes. Felt sorry. Righted wrongs. Learned. Grew wiser. Made us to who we are. We will regret the thing we did not do....)
So basically. I didn't accept my phisycal boundries. I rammed the thing in, not caring if I would brake something or not. But knowing that I would finally regret it to not have tried. 2 days of back pain.
